  • The teaching staff: active professionals in top-level cultural projects and entities, with recognized work and teaching experience in their areas of specialization (there will be no “theoretical” instructor/s without professional practice).
  • The teaching objectives seek to provide a strategic and at the same time “hands-on” approach so that the participants master the aspects of management applied to culture, the arts and the creative industries.
  • The contents: based on mastering the main aspects of management (such as strategic direction; marketing, communication and sales; financing, viability and attracting sponsorship and patronage; audience development; segmentation and positioning; legal aspects and taxation) the application of these concepts in real cases from a triple vision: local, national and global.

    • Online format: at least 10% of the contents will be developed through online training platforms, which results in greater accessibility for participants and allows reaching top-level guest teachers, leaders in their respective sectors.
